PVC MEMBRANE STRUCTURE FABRIC:
Membrane structure fabric is made from 100% polyester with a PVC coating for durability. It uses high-density yarn and is available with a maximum width of 5.1m. High tensile strength depends on the specific fabric construction. Acrylic lacquering is also available.
PVC-COATED FABRIC FOR DUCT APPLICATIONS:
PVC-coated fabric has a matt finish and suits duct applications. Made from 100% polyester with PVC coating, it is completely waterproof, fire retardant, strong, anti-static and durable.
The black fabric is 3.2m wide and weighs 550–750gsm. It resists shrinking and wear, performs in all weather conditions and can be sewn or welded according to the application. Its surface is easy to wipe clean, and it uses a high-density yarn construction.
VENTILATION DUCT FABRIC:
Ventilation duct fabric uses high-tenacity woven polyester with a flexible, plasticized PVC coating on both sides. It has a matt finish and combines strength, durability and complete waterproofing with anti-static and flame-retardant properties.
Applications include ducts, gas pipelines and fire water mains. The material offers dimensional stability, UV protection, self-cleaning performance and no requirement for periodic maintenance. Strong colorfastness supports black, yellow and other color options.
210D POLYESTER OXFORD FABRIC:
210D polyester Oxford fabric is a multipurpose material with a basket weave that improves breathability. It is sturdy and long-lasting, made from 100% polyester with a PU coating.
The flexible fabric resists chemical agents and offers high waterproof performance. It prevents dirt and dust from accumulating between the fabric layers, while its thicker yarns create a more prominent textile appearance.
