PVC lifting tarp fabric is PVC coated polyester roll material used to manufacture reinforced tarps for snow removal, dirt handling and construction-site work. Duletai offers three constructions: 610gsm / 18oz/yd², 680gsm / 20oz/yd² and 1000gsm / 29.5oz/yd².

HOW TO SELECT PVC TARP MATERIAL
Choose the construction: Compare finished weight, yarn denier and weave density together. DLT-5151 provides the lightest option in this range; DLT-5152 uses a denser 1000D×1300D base; DLT-5153 is the heaviest option with a 30×30 construction.
Plan the fabrication: Panels can be joined by hot-air or high-frequency welding, or incorporated into sewn assemblies. Finished lifting designs use load-bearing webbing and reinforced lifting points.
Specify the working environment: Include cold-weather flexibility, UV exposure, surface finish and any required flame-retardant or chemical-compliance specification.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GSM AND DENIER?
GSM describes the finished material weight per square metre. Denier describes yarn linear density. The 18×17, 20×23 and 30×30 figures describe warp and weft yarn counts per inch.
DOES FABRIC WEIGHT DEFINE LIFTING CAPACITY?
No. Lifting capacity depends on the complete tarp design, including webbing, lifting points, seams and assembly testing.
