Tunnel Lining Fabric

Tunnel Lining Fabric

Duletai supplies PVC-coated polyester fabric for tunnel lining and tunnel brattice applications, with widths up to 5m, anti-static properties and flame retardancy. Wide rolls reduce panel joining and on-site handling, helping lower installation workload. Supplied in rolls for fabricators and tunnel contractors.

TUNNEL LINING FABRIC FEATURES

  • Extra-wide rolls up to 5m: Fewer panels to handle and align, reducing panel joining and installation workload.
  • Anti-static properties: Surface resistance of 1×108Ω.
  • Flame retardant: Self-extinguishing construction.
  • Waterproof surface: PVC coating forms a barrier against water.
  • Strong reinforcement: Polyester base fabric provides tensile and tear resistance during handling and installation.
  • Durable outer layer: PVC protects the textile core against rubbing and wear.
  • Flexible wall lining: Flexible sheets follow the curved profile of tunnel walls.

TUNNEL LINING & TUNNEL BRATTICE APPLICATIONS

Tunnel lining

Flexible PVC-coated fabric lines tunnel walls and arches for drip protection. Wide sheets reduce the number of panels to handle and join.
