PVC dry bag material is a polyester-reinforced PVC fabric supplied in rolls for dry bag and outdoor equipment bag manufacturers. This 650 gsm option is the highest-weight material in the series, with colors and surface finishes specified to suit your design. Finished-bag water resistance also depends on seams and closures; select the material against your required tests.

Yes—hot-air and high-frequency welding are suitable processing routes. Use a trial seam to set machine conditions for your material and seam design.
Can it be used for food delivery bags?
Yes, as the outer shell of delivery bags and insulated delivery boxes. Pair it with the insulation and lining specified for your design.
What should I check in a sample?
Check color, thickness, hand feel, foldability and cleaning. For production approval, evaluate tensile, tear and peel strength, abrasion, color rubbing and your actual welded or sewn seam.
