Clear PVC film is manufactured with 2.8meter ultra wide calendering machine and cooled instantly with water (instead of air), this water-quenching process results in a film with exceptional gloss, stunning clarity, and outstanding puncture and tear resistance. This material is widely used for packaging, refrigeration shelf insulation curtain, sports gears, clear backpacks, internal transparent partitions for factories, yacht cockpit enclosures, golf cart weather shields, hospital room virus isolation barriers, dust covers for furniture, outdoor tents, camping tents, transparent dome tents, and temporary structures like transparent shelters or curtains.

CHOOSING A CLEAR PVC FILM GRADE

Normal clear film for packaging

DLT-70006 normal clear PVC film is a 0.06mm single-layer film used for mattress wrapping and other packaging applications. Its product specification lists a width of 0.65–1.83m and a roll length of 100m. Review that specification when selecting this model for your production line.

Super clear film for windows and enclosures

DLT-7005 super clear PVC film is a 0.5mm grade with a maximum width of 2.8m. Its listed applications include boat and patio enclosures, tent windows and weather shields. Compare the other super clear grades in the table when your design calls for a different thickness.

Specify the application and formulation

Send the panel or packaging dimensions, required thickness, roll quantity and intended use. For outdoor or cold-weather applications, include your UV and cold-resistance requirements.
