Waterproof TPU fabric combines a 0.01mm TPU film with 15D nylon warp-knitted fabric in a lightweight two-layer construction. The white fabric is supplied at a width of 1.50m and a weight of 38±2gsm for home textiles, garments, mattress covers and protection suits.

This bi-layer TPU membrane offers high tear strength, waterproof performance and low moisture transmission, and is designed for fabric lamination. Known for their consistency, our TPU and copolyester waterproof breathable films offer the highest quality and the most dependable performance in the industry. Versatile, durable TPU-based films and sheets are used for fabric bonding, waterproofing, and air or liquid containment applications.

TPU LAMINATION AND FABRIC PERFORMANCE:

Super-thin, hydrophilic TPU films and sheets are ideally suited to fabric lamination. A single film-to-fabric lamination can create a cost-effective waterproof breathable textile composite, with outstanding breathability for user comfort. The protective films and sheets also add puncture, abrasion and chemical resistance to the fabrics they are bonded to.
