Flame retardant oxford fabric has been treated with a polyurethane (PU) coating to reduce its flammability. We added flame retardant agent to the fabric during the manufacturing process. This agent works by interrupting the combustion process, preventing flames from spreading and reducing the spread of smoke and toxic fumes. The base fabric is first washed and dried to remove any impurities or contaminants that may be present. The thickness of the coating can vary depending on the desired level of water resistance, flame retardant level and other properties. Once the coating is applied, the fabric is cured by exposing it to high temperatures heatcase. This process helps to solidify the coating and improve its adhesion to the fabric. We connect two coating production lines end to end to form a 60-meter-long assembly line, which can complete two coating processes at once. This 1+1 innovation can achieve higher production efficiency while improving the quality of the products and ensuring coating consistency and stability.
